Is WILD AFRICA disappearing?

Africa Geographic has been tracking critical conservation and environmental issues in Africa for 15 years. The magazine’s August issue focuses on a conservation audit of Wild Africa and strikes directly through to the core interests of the magazine’s 120 000 readers. These are committed fans of all that Africa offers the tourist and lover of the environment.

‘The underlying theme of the August issue is that while we engage in a celebration of Africa’s natural treasures, we reflect that it is often the severely threatened creatures and their habitats that are the truly renewable assets of the continent’, says editor Sarah Borchert.

And while the subject matter is deadly serious, the underlying message is, simply put, “Africa has it all.”
